Ellie Mental Health in Foxborough/Mansfield is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to supervise other therapists while also carrying a caseload. This senior role could evolve into a Clinic Director position, with LICSW therapists encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Licensure to provide weekly supervision.
• Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences from an accredited college or university.
• Massachusetts clinical licensure (LICSW, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, PhD, etc.).
• Experience with completing assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to complete and submit documentation of services in a timely manner.
• Proficient in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant a plus!).

Responsibilities

• Weekly supervision of other therapists.
• Assess mental health functioning, diagnose, create and implement treatment plans and reviews, document per policy.
• Utilize creative, personalized interventions to help clients achieve goals.
• Prepare and submit session documentation per guidelines.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, and other staff as needed.
• Participate in Community Outreach and referral partnership development to build practice awareness.

This is a Sr level position that could evolve into a Clinic Director position. LICSW therapists are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities Include:

• Weekly supervision of other therapists
• Asses mental health functioning, diagnose, create and implement treatment plans and treatment plan reviews, complete ongoing documentation and case notes according to company policy
• Utilize creative and personalized interventions to help clients achieve and exceed their goals
• Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
• Actively participate in Community Outreach and referral partnership development to help build practice awareness in the community
• Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Licensure to provide weekly supervision
• A master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
• Massachusetts clinical licensure (LICSW, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, PhD, etc.).
• Experience with completing assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes
