Ellie Mental Health in the United States seeks licensed LMFTs for a supervising Lead Marriage and Family Therapist role in a hybrid setting, focused on expanding access to care and reducing barriers.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related field.
• Massachusetts LMFT licensure required.
• Experience with diagnostic assessments, treatment plans and clinical notes.
• Proficiency with Office 365 and EHR systems.
• Ability to complete documentation in a timely manner.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Supervising other marriage and family therapists.
• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and maintain treatment plans and notes.
• Maintain a caseload of at least 25 client visits per week for full time.
• Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with the team.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to meet client goals.
• Prepare and submit session documentation per guidelines.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, and other staff.
• Attend clinical staff meetings and trainings.
