Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provides direct care services to residents as needed to maintain health and safety.
• Supports community policies and programs in conjunction with the Wellness Director.
• Engages in leadership, communication, and management skills development.
• Assists Wellness Director with community management responsibilities and regulatory compliance.
• Participates in staff meetings and ongoing education, and maintains required licenses/certifications.
