Meridian Senior Living is hiring a Wellness Coordinator - LPN in Orlando. The role supports Resident Services by coordinating personal care, supervising medication delivery, and leading staff training under the Wellness Director.

You will ensure daily operations meet residents’ needs with a focus on safety and quality of care. The ideal candidate is a licensed LPN with at least 3 years in an assisted living or nursing home setting, strong documentation, organizational skills, and experience

Qualifications

• Must be a LPN in good standing and meet state health requirements.
• 3+ years of experience in assisted living or nursing home settings.
• Knowledgeable of State and local rules, regulations, laws, and ordinances relating to licensed senior housing.
• Previous supervisory/management experience in a related healthcare setting.
• Must have exceptional organizational skills and ability to re-prioritize daily tasks to accommodate fluctuating needs of residents.
• Must have strong documentation skills.
• Must have experience in training and staff development.
• Must have the ability to develop systems for monitoring resident health conditions and for ensuring efficient and safe delivery of resident care.
• Must meet all health requirements and pass background checks.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise personal care and medication services for residents.
• Oversee staff training and supervision on a day-to-day basis.
• Ensure resident services are delivered under the direction of the Wellness Director.
• Maintain compliance with state health rules and regulations.
