Job summary

Fox Ridge Bryant, part of AgeWell Solvere Living, seeks compassionate Wellness Associates to support residents in daily living activities, health monitoring, and enrichment programs. This on-site role emphasizes safety, dignity, and timely communication with the Wellness Director.

You will work closely with a dedicated team to create a supportive, inclusive environment and participate in in-service education while promoting residents’ well-being and independence.

Qualifications

• Experience and passion for working with seniors.
• Able to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 60 pounds.
• Positive, compassionate approach and teamwork orientation.

Responsibilities

• Assist Residents with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Monitor health status and report changes to Wellness Director.
• Maintain cleanliness of living areas and assist with laundry as needed.
• Respond to calls for assistance and provide first aid when required.
• Support in onboarding and ongoing training for Wellness staff.
