Serenades at the Villages, an AgeWell Solvere Living community, seeks a dedicated Wellness Associate to support residents with daily living activities and care plans. You will work with the Wellness Director and Wellness Manager to promote wellbeing and compassionate service in a premier senior living environment.

The role emphasizes safety, empathy, and teamwork; you’ll assist with bathing, mobility, meals, and emergency response, maintain records, and participate in ongoing in-service

Qualifications

• Experience and passion in working with seniors.
• Able to perform physically demanding tasks up to 60 pounds.
• Maintains positive relationships with Residents, families, peers and staff.
• In good physical and emotional health.

Responsibilities

• Assists Residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, eating, toileting.
• Maintains awareness of each Resident's health and reports changes to the Wellness Director.
• Keeps inventory of medical supplies and assists with ordering when necessary.
• Assists in orienting and onboarding of new Wellness Associates.
• Responds to Resident emergencies; provides first-aid and arranges follow-up care.
• Maintains resident units, cleanliness, and assists with meals, clothing and laundry.
