Job summary

Fox Ridge Chenal, part of AgeWell Solvere Living, seeks a Wellness Associate to support residents under the Wellness Director and Manager. The role includes daily living assistance, health monitoring, and coordinating with the care team in a senior living community in Little Rock, AR.

The position requires a current State Nurse’s Aide registration, passion for senior care, and physical ability to lift up to 60 pounds. Full-time day and night shifts are available.

Qualifications

• Current State Nurse’s Aide registration.
• Experience and passion in working with seniors.
• Able to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting up to 60 pounds).
• Maintain positive working relationships with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, eating).
• Respond to resident needs and emergencies; provide first aid as needed.
• Maintain inventory of medical supplies and assist with ordering.
• Assist with orientation and onboarding of new Wellness Associates.
