Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a full-time Wellness Nurse to support residents through clinical monitoring and collaboration with nurses, caregivers, and medication staff. You will help ensure regulatory compliance and deliver compassionate care in a team environment.

Ideal candidates have an RN or LPN license, 3 years in geriatric care, and a patient-centered approach. The role emphasizes adherence to state regulations and ongoing documentation of resident status.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of state regulations, policies, and procedures for compliance.
• Graduate from an accredited school of practical nursing.
• Current nursing license and state registration (LPN or RN).
• Three (3) years' experience in assessment and geriatric nursing preferred.
• A big smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for our residents.

Responsabilités

• Assist in coordinating the resident admission process including screening, assessment, and care needs.
• Ensure care is delivered as indicated in resident care plans.
• Medication and treatment administration and ensure medications are administered per physicians’ orders.
• Assistance with coordinating care and services with other outside providers including resident physicians.
• Document and report care provided and resident observations including unusual or significant changes.
• Maintain a working knowledge of state regulations, policies, and procedures.
