Jaybird Senior Living is seeking a Life Engagement Coordinator to deliver meaningful programming for residents by integrating the Six Dimensions of Wellness. You will oversee activities across care levels, manage engagement staff, and promote participation through individual and group opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of experience with elderly populations.
• Chauffeur license to be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and implement resident activities reflecting individual preferences.
• Complete Life Story/Six Dimensions of Wellness assessments for new residents.
• Oversee and mentor engagement staff.
• Coordinate resident outings and community events.
• Maintain activity areas, supplies, and equipment; manage volunteers.
• Prepare monthly engagement calendar and newsletter.
• Manage resident store and life stations for Memory Care residents.
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with regulations.
