Jaybird Senior Living is seeking a Life Engagement Assistant to develop, plan, and implement resident activities aligned with the Six Dimensions of Wellness. This role oversees engagement staff, coordinates outings, and maintains engagement calendars.

The position requires flexibility for evenings and weekends, supervision of the Life Engagement Coordinator, and strict adherence to volunteer regulations. A high school diploma or GED and experience with elderly populations are expected.

Aufgaben

• Develop, plan, and implement resident activities reflecting individual preferences and Six Dimensions of Wellness.
• Complete Life Story/Six Dimensions assessments for new residents.
• Oversee and support engagement staff, including training and mentoring.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise resident outings and community events.
• Maintain activity areas, supplies, and equipment; manage volunteers.
