Job summary

Juniper Springs Senior Living in Redmond, OR is seeking a Wellness Services Director with RN licensure to lead the Wellness Department, ensure quality elder care, and manage staffing, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.

The role includes supervising the Wellness team, coordinating with third‑party providers, and upholding state regulations while supporting residents and families with compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in good standing with State Licensing Authority.
• Experience in Assisted Living and Memory Care settings preferred.
• Ability to manage a multidisciplinary team and supervise staff.
• Strong organizational, budgeting, and scheduling skills.
• Capable of coordinating care with third‑party providers.
• Ability to conduct licensed nursing tasks within state scope.

Responsibilities

• Manage Wellness Department operations and staff.
• Maintain elder care service standards and regulatory compliance.
• Create staffing schedules in line with state guidelines.
• Oversee policy enforcement and disciplinary processes as needed.
• Lead Quality Assurance programs and incident tracking.
• Coordinate care with therapy, home health, and hospice providers.
• Supervise medication administration and self‑administration programs.
• Ensure budget adherence and financial goal attainment.
• Support the Administrator in their absence.
• Stay current with state Nurse Practice Acts and regulations.
