Job summary

Redmont Ridge Senior Living is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead comprehensive wellness programs that enhance residents’ physical, emotional, and social well-being. The role requires a dynamic leader with a strong background in wellness and health promotion, dedicated to a positive and healthy community environment.

Responsibilities include assessing wellness needs, developing personalized plans, monitoring program effectiveness, and supervising staff to deliver excellent service.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as LPN or RN in AL.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Wellness Director/Director of Nursing or Care Management, preferably in a senior living setting.
• Proven leadership abilities and experience managing a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify the wellness needs of residents and create personalized wellness plans.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of wellness programs and adjust for optimal outcomes.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive community environment encouraging participation in wellness activities.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of wellness programs, resident participation, and progress.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in senior wellness and incorporate new ideas into the community's wellness offerings.
• Provide leadership and supervision to staff, ensuring they are well-trained and motivated to deliver excellent service.
