Bridge Senior Living LLC is seeking a compassionate Wellness Director to lead the coordination and supervision of care and services for residents, ensuring optimal clinical, emotional, and wellness outcomes in line with policy and regulatory standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or equivalent in Senior Living, plus nursing licensure (LPN/RN as per state). You’ll manage budgets, staffing, and quality programs while guiding clinical staff and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education/experience in Senior Living.
• LPN or RN required based on state regulations.
• First Aid and CPR certified.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and supervise care/services to Residents to achieve clinical and wellness outcomes.
• Establish and monitor goals/expectations for clinical departments.
• Develop budgets, re-forecasts and staffing plans.
• Develop and monitor Quality Improvement, Safety, Infection, Disaster and Environmental Control Programs.
• Oversee admission and ongoing Resident assessment and care planning.
• Oversee surveys/inspections by government agencies and complete reports.
