Job summary

Bridge Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Wellness Director to coordinate and supervise care and services for Residents, aiming for optimal clinical, emotional and wellness outcomes in line with policies and regulations.

You will establish goals for clinical departments, develop budgets and staffing plans, oversee quality improvement and safety programs, participate in admissions and care planning, and supervise clinical staff including hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching.

Qualifications

• CPR certification preferred.
• RN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and monitor goals and expectations for all clinical departments.
• Develop departmental budgets, re-forecasts and staffing plans.
• Develop, implement and monitor the Quality Improvement, Safety, Infection, Disaster and Environmental Control Programs.
• Participate in and oversee the admission and on-going Resident assessment and care planning process.
• Oversee surveys and inspections made by government agencies.
• Complete appropriate forms, reports, evaluations, and studies.
• Conduct clinical staff supervisory responsibilities including hiring, orientation, training, scheduling, coaching, monitoring, counseling, discipline and terminations

Wellness Director Job Summary:
