Job summary
The Jasper of Mansfield, a premier retirement community in Mansfield, Texas, seeks a Wellness Director to oversee resident care and health-related services within an Assisted Living and Memory Care setting. You will lead policies, coordinate clinical activities, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to maintain high-quality care.
Applicants should be a licensed or registered nurse with 3–5 years in in-home health or geriatric nursing and 2–4 years of supervisory experience.
Qualifications
- RN license or registered nurse, with 3–5 years in in-home health or geriatric nursing in a similar role.
- Minimum 2–4 years supervisory experience required.
Responsibilities
- Ensure implementation of policies and procedures related to resident care and oversight of health-related services.
- Coordinate and direct all activities in line with state and federal regulations and community policies.
- Establish working relationships with resident health care providers and professionals.
- Manage and direct activities to ensure compliance and quality of care.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
