Job summary

The Jasper of Mansfield, a Sonida Senior Living community, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to assist residents with dressing, grooming, bathing, dining, and escorts in an Assisted Living and Memory Care setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in STATE required.

Responsibilities

• Performs duties in accordance with resident care standards, assists with dressing, grooming, bathing, escorts and transfers.
• Assists residents with nutritional needs, setting tables, serving meals, monitoring fluids, and offering substitutions as needed.
• Reminds residents to take medications and assists with opening containers and packages.
• Recognizes changes in residents’ behavior/condition and reports to the Assisted Living Director.
