Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three months' customer service experience is preferred.
• If responsible for transporting a resident, must maintain a valid state driver’s license and provide proof of current automobile liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality lifestyle services while prioritizing resident safety, comfort and dignity.
• Monitor residents' physical and emotional well-being and promptly report any changes to the supervisor.
• This role does not perform any hands-on services.
