Acts Retirement-Life Communities in Maryland is seeking a Wellness Home Services Lifestyle Specialist to deliver compassionate, high-quality lifestyle services while prioritizing resident safety, comfort, and dignity. This role focuses on monitoring residents' well-being and reporting changes to supervision; it does not involve hands-on care.

A high school diploma and customer service experience are preferred.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three months’ customer service experience is preferred.
• If responsible for transporting a resident, must have a valid state driver’s license and provide proof of current automobile liability insurance.

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality lifestyle services while prioritizing resident safety, comfort, and dignity.
• Monitors residents’ physical and emotional well-being, promptly reporting any changes to the appropriate supervisor. This role does not perform any hands-on services.
