Develop strategies, KPI targets, and monitor achievement across operations.
Oversee hiring, training, supervision and performance of senior leaders.
Analyze financial reports with finance to forecast budgets and growth.
Collaborate with IT to align EMR strategy with operations goals.
Review contracts and participate in committees; prepare leadership summaries.
