Strategic Dining Services in Columbus, OH seeks a Regional Director of Operations to lead multi‑site dining programs for senior living communities. You will travel extensively to coach culinary, hospitality, and service teams, drive resident satisfaction, and ensure financial performance through strong leadership and process discipline.

You will oversee budgeting, reporting, and collaborative initiatives with executive leadership, ensuring high‑quality service and compliance across the region.

Qualifications

• Multi-unit management experience in contract food services is required.
• Culinary degree is preferred and supports excellence.
• Proficiency with Compass Group systems (OMS, MUS, efinance, myorders) is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and leadership skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall operation, growth, and profitability of the region.
• Provide vision and strategic leadership to drive resident and client satisfaction with dining and hospitality experiences.
• Travel to regional communities to train and support culinary, hospitality and service leadership teams.
• Develop and manage budgets to meet financial targets and ensure regulatory compliance.
