Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a dynamic Vice President of Operations to lead the performance of our senior living communities across multiple states. The role focuses on developing people strategies, driving operational excellence, and delivering consistent growth while fostering a culture of excellence and a great place to work.

You will partner with Home Office leadership to align regional operations with corporate goals.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in senior living operations or related field.
• Proven track record of managing multi-site operations and driving P&L performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for Benchmark communities and regional operations.
• Develop and implement people strategies to drive growth and engagement.
• Oversee annual operating and capital budgets and cost controls.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with vendors and health providers.
