Responsibilities

• Maintenance: perform general maintenance tasks, defrost refrigerators, change bulbs and filters, check safety equipment, and finalize work orders.
• Housekeeping: clean common areas and offices, launder resident laundry, stock supplies, wash windows, and set up dining areas.
• Support: deliver papers, answer phones, collect resident information, and assist with mailings and coordinating office tasks.
