Job summary

HealthPro Heritage is seeking a motivated Program Manager (Physical Therapist) to lead therapy services at our senior living facility in Canton, GA. This full-time role blends clinical excellence with team leadership, staffing, and program development in a supportive environment.

You must be a licensed PT in Georgia with 3–5 years of rehabilitation experience and prior supervisory experience. Join us to grow professionally while delivering compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical, Occupational, Speech Therapy, or PT/OT/SLP field.
• Valid Georgia PT/OT/SLP license or license eligible.
• 3–5 years clinical rehabilitation experience.
• Supervisory/management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, Medicare/Medicaid compliance.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and supervise therapy staff, including hiring, performance appraisals, and fostering a positive team atmosphere.
• Monitor credentials and develop corrective action plans when necessary.
• Maintain a clinical caseload and ensure delivery of high-quality therapy services in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Develop strategies to expand therapy programs and lead marketing efforts with hospitals and the community.
• Oversee scheduling of patients and therapists to ensure adequate coverage.
• Investigate and resolve patient, staff, or service-related issues; provide ongoing staff education.
