Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the social services programs of the facility.
• Interview residents and families in private settings as necessary.
• Complete required forms and reports for administration.
• Direct the Social Services Department and oversee its operations.
• Review and implement corrective plans for social service deficiencies noted during surveys.
• Participate in facility committees and contribute to policy development.
