Job summary

Progressive Rehab Solutions is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to diagnose and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. The role involves developing therapy plans to maximize communication and swallowing safety.

Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, creating and implementing therapy plans, documenting progress, educating patients and families, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams within a healthcare/LTC environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• CCC‑SLP preferred; ASHA certification when eligible.
• Current state license to practice as a Speech Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations of speech, language, swallowing.
• Develop and implement therapy plans.
• Document evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
