Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Hanover Township, IN to provide comprehensive speech-language pathology services within an interdisciplinary team. You will evaluate, plan, and implement therapy and work with patients to improve communication and swallowing, with emphasis on measurable outcomes.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and state licensure; CCC-SLP from ASHA is preferred or required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• State SLP licensure required.
• CCC-SLP from ASHA preferred or required.
• Travel up to 10% is expected.
• 0–1 year of experience noted.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patients to identify speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develops and implements individualized therapy plans with measurable goals.
• Provides therapy to improve communication and swallowing.
• Educates patients and families about disorders and therapy techniques.
• Maintains accurate documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and plans.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team for comprehensive care.
• Other duties as assigned.
