Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior Living in Ashburn, VA is seeking a reliable Driver to transport residents, staff and visitors within a gated retirement community. You will operate non-CDL buses, vans and sedans, including wheelchair ramps and lifts, ensuring safety and comfort for all passengers.

Ideal candidates have a valid state license, a DOT medical certificate, and at least 3 years of verifiable driving experience, plus be 21 or older.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required and must be maintained.
• DOT Physical/Medical Certificate required before starting; maintained during employment.
• Minimum 3 years verifiable driving experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old to drive.
• Experience operating vehicles with wheelchair ramps and lifts; road test may be required.

Responsibilities

• Transport residents, staff, and visitors on scheduled and unscheduled appointments.
• Operate non-CDL passenger buses, vans, and sedans; vehicles may include wheelchair ramps/lifts.
• Assist passengers with boarding and off-boarding.
• Prepare vehicles for use: pre/post-trip inspections, refueling, and related tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness of vehicles.
• Log and track vehicle usage.
