Job summary

Appleton Corporation in Wisconsin is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to oversee health and community related services for residents across properties. This full‑time clerical position focuses on promoting independence, coordinating access to community resources, and supporting residents to remain lease compliant.

Eligible candidates have an associates degree in social services or gerontology and at least one year of relevant experience, with strong verbal and written communication, and

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in social services/gerontology or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of federal or state resources for the elderly and disabled.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate health and community related services to provide a quality living experience for residents.
• Assist residents in accessing community services (transportation, meals-on-wheels, counseling, home care, SNAP).
• Plan and assist health wellness events and seminars for residents.
• Host health clinics and screenings to raise awareness of residents' health needs.
• Outreach to community agencies to learn about local resources.
• Receive resident referrals for lease violations and services needed to stay in units.
• Make apartment visits to residents as needed.
• Monitor health and well-being of residents and involve families as needed.
• Provide reports on day-to-day services and activities.
• Attend meetings and trainings; support multi-site events.
