Job summary

The Northbridge Companies is seeking a friendly Culinary Associate to join our senior living community in Maine. You will work with our Culinary Director to serve residents and ensure meals arrive hot and delicious.

Prior food service or customer service experience preferred; we will train the right person. This role includes weekend and holiday shifts, with emphasis on hospitality and safety. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for growth within our culinary team.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service or food service experience preferred.

• Stay positive, especially when it's busy.
• Notice when things need to be clean and safe.

Responsibilities

• Check that dishes look perfect before giving them to residents.
• Talk to residents in a friendly way, share the daily menu, and make sure they\'re happy.
• Keep the kitchen and dining room clean and follow rules to keep the food safe.
• Tell the kitchen about any special requests clearly.
• After each meal, reset the Dining Room and maintain its appearance.
