Job summary

The Northbridge Companies is seeking a Server / Waitstaff to support our senior living residents with warm, attentive service. You will work closely with our Culinary Director to ensure meals are delivered smoothly from kitchen to table and residents enjoy a delightful dining experience.

Flexibility with scheduling and a friendly, patient demeanor are key. Training is provided, and there are opportunities for growth within our culinary family.

Qualifications

• Experience in a restaurant or customer service is preferred, but training is provided.
• Be friendly and approachable to make guests feel welcome.
• Stay positive during busy periods to keep service joyful.
• Be patient and understanding with guests and their requests.
• Notice when things need cleaning to keep the dining area tidy and safe.

Responsibilities

• Check dishes look presentable before serving to residents.
• Engage residents kindly, share the daily menu, and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain kitchen and dining room cleanliness and food-safety practices.
• Relay special requests clearly to the kitchen staff.
• Reset the Dining Room after meals and uphold a welcoming environment.
