Job summary

LCB Senior Living, Mercer Hill at Doylestown, seeks part-time servers to provide restaurant-style dining for residents and guests. You will set tables, take orders, serve beverages, and ensure residents enjoy a high level of service.

Work with the Culinary Services Director and Executive Director, participate in dining enhancements, maintain safety and cleanliness, assist with events, and help train staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service with focus on resident satisfaction.
• Able to communicate clearly in English, written and spoken.
• Capable of multitasking in a busy dining room.
• Respond calmly in emergencies and maintain safety practices.
• Team oriented with reliable attendance.
• Knowledge of restaurant-style dining operations.

Responsibilities

• Set tables according to standards and greet residents.
• Serve residents and guests beverages and meals as ordered.
• Review daily menu with residents and take accurate meal orders.
• Clear and reset dining area; remove used items as needed.
• Assist with dining enhancement programs and special events.
• Collaborate with dining staff to ensure resident satisfaction.
