QSL Management is seeking a Server for Glenncrest at Webb Gin, a senior living community. You will provide gracious hospitality, guide guests through menus, and work with the team to ensure a world-class dining experience.

Applicants should have a caring attitude, a high school diploma or GED, and food service experience. Bar Card and ServSafe may be preferred depending on state requirements. Flexibility for holidays and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• ServSafe Certification if state requires.
• Food server/hospitality experience required.
• Bar Card preferred if state requires.
• Willingness to work holidays, weekends, and events.
• Knowledge of POS system preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide gracious hospitality to residents and guests.
• Assist in Bar and Coffee Shop as scheduled.
• Guide guests through menus with product knowledge.
• Maintain appearance, cleanliness, hygiene in dining areas.
• Take accurate orders and coordinate with team for prompt service.
• Set and reset tables per standards.
• Assist with meal preparation if requested.
• Help maintain stock levels in bar, coffee shop and front of house.
• Support with events and activities as needed.
