Vitalia Senior Residences at Stow is hiring a Server for a full-time role in Stow, Ohio. The position involves greeting residents, being actively present in the dining room, supporting meal service, and helping maintain a welcoming, tidy dining environment for our community.

Must be at least 16, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and willing to communicate dietary needs to the team. Competitive hourly pay ranges from $15 to $21.25 with shift differentials and benefits.

Qualifications

• You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency with our Residents?
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and make them feel welcome in the dining room.
• Be present in the dining room, mingle, entertain, and foster an environment where residents can connect.
• Assist with meal service preparation and setting tables.
• Bus tables and maintain cleanliness to support a pleasant community.
• Communicate observed changes in residents' appetite or dietary needs to supervisors.
