Arrow Senior Living's Vitalia North Olmsted community seeks a Server for a full-time position in North Olmsted, OH. The 11:30am–7:30pm shift offers hourly pay between $15 and $23.25 and a welcoming team-focused environment where residents are at the center of every service.

You will greet residents, support dining service, keep areas tidy, and ensure a positive dining experience. Must stand long hours, lift up to 50 pounds, and pass a background check.

Formación

• You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency with our Residents!
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.

Responsabilidades

• Greet residents and make them feel welcome in the dining room.
• Mingle, entertain, and foster an environment where residents can connect.
• Assist with meal service prep and maintaining a clean dining area.
• Communicate with supervisors and Wellness about residents' dietary needs.
• Support residents during meals and assist after falls if needed.
