Vitalia Active Adult Community at Rockside is seeking a Server for a full-time role in Seven Hills, OH. The position runs Tuesday through Saturday, 11:00am to 6:00pm, with pay from $15 to $23.25 per hour. Join a dedicated dining team focused on resident comfort and connection.

You're expected to greet residents, assist with dining service, and help maintain a welcoming, clean dining room. English proficiency, energy, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds are essential requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be at least sixteen (16) years old.
• Must read/write/understand English at least 8th grade proficiency.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Must be active; standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• Must lift/move items up to 50 pounds.
• Must assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, and after a fall.
• Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and make them feel welcome, be present in the dining room, mingle, and foster connections.
• Assist with dining service setup, plating, and bussing tables.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and sanitary dining area throughout shifts.
• Communicate with supervisors about residents' appetite or dietary changes as needed.
