Arrow Senior Living seeks a Dining Room Manager for Vitalia Rockside in Seven Hills, OH. The role runs Thu–Sun, 10:00am–7:30pm, with a $2,000 sign-on bonus and a pay range of $19–$22.50/hour.

You will supervise front-of-house dining, ensure radiant resident care, and maintain a welcoming, tidy dining space. Applicants should be 18+, have prior hospitality leadership, strong English communication, and the ability to stand and lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Previous experience leading a hospitality team preferred.
• Must have and maintain a food server permit as required by the county.
• Ability to speak and understand English at a functional level.

Responsibilities

• Keep Front of House Front of Mind: ensure the dining room looks and the service is impeccable.
• Host with the Most: greet residents, be present in the dining room, mingle, entertain, and foster connection.
• Peppy Prepper: prep tables, salads, and silverware for service.
• Titan of Tidiness: bussing tables, sweeping floors, and maintaining a pride-worthy space.
• Appetite Anthropologist: communicate dietary changes to supervisors.
