Qualifications

• 6–12 months experience in serving, hospitality, or customer service.
• Experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality is desirable.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests warmly, creating a positive dining atmosphere.
• Take meal orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly.
• Ensure meals meet dietary requirements and preferences.
• Serve with a smile and provide a welcoming dining experience.
• Set tables, clear them after meals, and reset for the next service.
• Communicate feedback to the Culinary Director or kitchen staff.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Comply with local health regulations and Cogir standards.
