Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college preference not stated.
• Exposure to restaurant operations or the ability to learn.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional dining service by taking accurate food orders and serving meals to residents, family members, and guests.
• Uphold table etiquette, clear dishes between courses, and reset tables for the next service.
• Engage with residents in a friendly, courteous manner and assist with meal selections.
• Follow residents' dietary needs and care plans as outlined by the Supervisor.
• Spot safety concerns and report equipment issues promptly to the Supervisor.
• Greet and seat residents, ensure a welcoming dining atmosphere, and assist with room service as needed.
• Maintain a clean dining area and proper storage of supplies; restock as required.
• Assist with deliveries, stock, and general kitchen/dining support as needed.
• Comply with all regulations (federal/state/local) and MBK policies.
