Solera Senior Living is seeking a Server at Modena Reserve Bethesda to provide attentive dining service for residents in a welcoming environment. You will help maintain cleanliness, assist with meal service, and contribute to a high-quality, compassionate resident experience.

Responsibilities

Serve resident meals in a timely and professional manner
Reset and prepare tables for the next meal service
Serve room trays as needed
Maintain community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization
Adhere to food quality, presentation, and appearance standards
Exhibit serving standards of speed, accuracy, and efficiency
Set tables and maintain workstations in proper order
Take orders, answer questions about menu items, and provide excellent customer service
Clear dishes and assist with dishwashing as needed
Serve customers using proper etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere
Ensure diets are served correctly according to policy and procedure
