Solera Senior Living is seeking a Server to provide attentive, courteous service in a senior living dining setting. The role emphasizes cleanliness, presentation, and a welcoming atmosphere for residents and guests.

Typical shifts include 7:00AM-3:00PM or 4:00PM-8:00PM with rotating weekends; benefits and a supportive team culture are offered to help you grow in a meaningful care environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in serving preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable and service-oriented.
• Excellent customer service attitude.
• Must receive the annual Flu vaccine (excluding medical or religious exemptions)

Responsibilities

• Serve resident meals in a timely and professional manner
• Reset and prepare tables for the next meal service
• Serve room trays as needed
• Maintain community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization
• Adhere to food quality, presentation, and appearance standards
• Exhibit serving standards of speed, accuracy, and efficiency
• Set tables and maintain workstations in proper order
• Take orders, answer questions about menu items, and provide excellent customer service
• Clear dishes and assist with dishwashing as needed
• Serve customers using proper etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere
• Ensure diets are served correctly according to policy and procedure
