Discovery Senior Living seeks a dedicated Server at The Palms of Mt. Pleasant in Mt. Pleasant, SC. You will provide warm, attentive dining service to residents and guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and high standards of hospitality throughout mealtimes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous dining or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to interact professionally with residents, guests, and team members.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Take meal and beverage orders and serve food in a friendly, timely manner.
• Ensure residents and guests are satisfied with meals and dining experience.
• Maintain knowledge of daily specials and menus to assist residents.
• Set up, maintain, and clean dining room tables and stations.
• Follow cleaning schedules and sanitation procedures.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and checklists.
• Support orientation and training of new servers.
• Maintain appearance and hospitality standards.
• Assist with dining room organization and supply placement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
