The Pines of Richfield, a Cassia community, is hiring Servers to join our team in Richfield, MN. This entry-level role offers on-site training and a path to growth within a healthcare setting.

As a Server, you will serve residents and staff, assist with food preparation, and help keep the dining areas tidy and sanitary. Shifts include weekdays and every other weekend, with a wage range of $16–$19.41 per hour.

• Experience in customer service or food service preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to residents, staff, and families.
• Engage residents by describing meal choices.
• Work with the team to provide quality meals and service.
• Assist with food preparation and serving meals to residents.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas.
• Wash dishes and clean kitchen and dining rooms.
• Assist residents, employees, and guests with dietary needs.
