Job summary

Stoney Point Meadows, a Cassia community in Cedar Rapids, IA, is seeking friendly Servers to join our culinary team. This full-time position includes weekend shifts and a wage of $15–$16 per hour. We will train you for this position!

You will serve residents, staff, and families, and contribute to maintaining a clean, sanitary dining environment. Join a supportive team focused on quality meals and great service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• 1+ year serving/dining experience preferred; we will train you for this position.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for length of shift and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Strong communication skills to interact with residents and staff.
• Compassionate, positive attitude and team player.
• Selected candidates will be required to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to residents, staff, and families.
• Work within the department to provide quality and nutritious meals and service to residents.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and sanitary dietary department.
• Wash dishes and clean the kitchen and dining rooms.
• May support kitchen staff with duties such as prepping food.
• Complete additional tasks as needed.
