The Pines of Richfield, a Cassia community, is hiring a Cook to join our culinary team. This part-time role offers flexible weekend coverage and the opportunity to prepare meals that nurture residents' well-being.

No senior care experience is required—we provide training and a supportive environment to grow your skills in a fast-paced kitchen. Located at 400 West 67th Street, Richfield, MN 55423, this position pays $18–$23/hour with experience-based raises and access to Cassia benefits including

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commercial cooking/food preparation experience.
• Must pass background checks.
• Must be able to read and follow recipes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Must be able to stand for length of shift.
• Bonus: baking experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to residents by providing fast, friendly and excellent customer service to all guests.
• Prepare and cook all meals to ensure adherence to recipes and quality standards.
• Observe and report on low stock or high-demand choices.
• Observe and report on resident change of condition or changes in ability.
• Participate in meetings and required training to maintain regulatory standards of food service at the community.
• Inspect kitchen for conformance to government and company safety and sanitation requirements.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.
