Job summary

Trinity Springs Senior Living Care Center, a Cassia community, is hiring a Server in Oxford, Florida. This entry-level role offers hands-on training to learn resident dining, take orders, serve meals, clear tables, and provide friendly assistance to residents, families, and staff.

This full-time position features a varied schedule (10:00 AM–7:30 PM on weekends and weekdays), a wage range of $15.00–$17.07 per hour, comprehensive Cassia benefits, and no tipping.

Qualifications

• Prior serving experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service and English communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests, and vendors in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Provide quick, efficient, and pleasant delivery of food to residents.
• Maintain quality and nutritious meals and service for residents.
• Keep dietary department clean and sanitary.
• Wash dishes and clean kitchen and dining areas.
• Assist residents, employees, and guests with dietary needs.
