Arrow Senior Living in Quincy, IL is seeking a Part-Time Server to greet residents, seat them, and ensure a welcoming dining atmosphere. The role runs Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 4:30pm to 7:30pm, at Curtis Creek in Quincy.

You will support meal service, maintain dining room tidiness, and promote a warm community environment. Ideal candidates are 16+, fluent in English, energetic, and able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be at least sixteen (16) years old.
• Able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.
• Must be active; standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• Ability to frequently lift/move items up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and post-fall assistance.
• Criminal clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and make them feel welcome in the dining room.
• Be present in the dining room, mingle, and foster resident connections.
• Assist with table prep, service prep, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Communicate dietary changes or concerns to supervisors and Wellness.
• Support residents during meals and assist after falls when needed.
