Job summary

Arrow Senior Living in Solon, Ohio is seeking a caring Part-Time Server to greet residents, support dining service, and help create a welcoming, home-like atmosphere. This role fosters resident connection and positive daily experiences in a supportive community.

The position requires standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and a positive attitude toward residents, with shift hours from 4:00pm to 7:00pm on Mon/Tue/Wed/Sun.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• English reading/writing at a minimum 8th grade level.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background check required.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and make them feel welcome in the dining room.
• Assist with meal service prep and table setup.
• Bus tables and keep dining areas tidy and presentable.
• Communicate dietary changes or concerns to supervisors and Wellness.
• Assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, or help after a fall as needed.
