Arrow Senior Living in Cedar Falls, IA is seeking a Part-Time Server to greet residents in the dining room and support meal service. The role includes standing for shifts, assisting with seating, and ensuring a welcoming, engaging environment for residents.

You will help with dining prep, bussing, and maintaining a tidy dining area. The position requires a positive attitude, good English communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• Read, write, understand and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Active role requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling and stooping all day.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after-fall assistance.
• Criminal clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and make them feel welcome in the dining room.
• Assist with dining service, prep, and bussing tables as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of dining areas and common spaces.
• Communicate resident needs to supervisors and Wellness staff.
