Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous serving or hospitality experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.
• Positive attitude and genuine desire to help others.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English to communicate with residents and team members.
• Dexterity to use kitchen equipment and utensils.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.
