Job summary

Grand Living is seeking a Server to create exceptional dining experiences across our community. You will serve residents in the dining room, assist at the Bistro, support events, and provide personalized service in memory care settings.

The role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and delivering First Class Happiness to residents and guests. Candidates should be ready to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive, caring attitude.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous serving or hospitality experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining service standards.
• Positive attitude and genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of others.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English to communicate effectively with residents and team members.
• Dexterity to use kitchen equipment and utensils.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
